Comfort Suites Bridgeport - Clarksburg

Thank you to all the staff who helped us with a surprise party for my sister in laws 75th birthday. The conference room was clean, accessible for us to decorate and set up for the catering. The lobby restrooms were exceptionally clean for our guests. The amount of time, help and support from the staff was incredible. Special mention to Lisa, Chelsea and Sam!!

We stayed one night just to have a place to stop over on a long drive and it was perfect for that. They easily accommodated our 6 in one room which was so nice. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel was easy to get to and had easy parking. It did feel kind of weird going from the backwoods of nowhere into an industrial park with a lot of development, but it was pretty nice. The staff was pleasant to work with and when questioned for a Band-Aid and triple antibiotic was able to provide an alcohol wipe and a Band-Aid. The pool and hot tub were incredibly heavily chlorinated and the pool was murky and cloudy Beyond recognizing your feet in the 3 ft end, the hot tub was more clear but had a strong chemical odor. There was an open door with a fan blowing in cool air which was pleasant, but after a strong rainstorm the fan blew water inside due to a puddle from poor drainage. The room could have been cleaner, but it wasn't terrible. Fuzzies left on the sofa and hand prints from a previous guest on the head board told me that the cleaning services were not on their game.

We absolutely had a blast, and there was a certain clerk there that was so nice. My only complaint was. They had a birthday party and the little girls bullied mine until they had to get out of the pool but the hotel did take care of that. And they made the birthday party leave, so everything was great.

Every one is so nice and friendly. When I come back this is where I am staying. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Personable room staff. Just great place to stay. Give all the staff a raise!!!!!

I wish I could give the service 10 stars! We had a last minute wedding we came into town for. Chelsea helped us get into our rooms early enough that myself and my family had enough time to get ready. She is seriously amazing and she was such a sweetheart! We had three rooms and she kept us close to each other. The rooms were comfy and clean. The pool and hot tub were great! The lady who takes care of breakfast was also amazing! She helped hand out food to my grandbabies, she even turned cartoons on for them. The price is more than fair for the quality and outstanding staff. We visit this area often to visit our son. We will definitely be booking this hotel for all our future trips! We have stayed here 3 times and each time the staff is amazing! The first two times our rooms were very, very clean. Our third stay the bathroom floor wasn’t as clean and should’ve had a little more attention. There were multiple pieces of hair especially behind the door area. The bedding is clean, fresh and the beds themselves are comfortable. Lori and the other staff went above and beyond for our kiddos on this visit! Lori made us feel so welcome, she made extra hot water for our kids at night so they could have hot chocolate after playing in the snow. The breakfast staff was super friendly and they got out extra cereal so all my kids could have the one they wanted. They even gave a book shelf with books and games for kids in the lobby! Whenever we are traveling this way we will stay here!

Made reservations day ahead so registration went smoothly and quickly. Our 4 th floor room was a 2 queen and sofa suite. Beds were firm and plenty of good quality pillows. We turned on the heat just for an hour and the room warmed up comfortably and stayed that way through the night though the outside temperature dropped to 40,F. The shower worked well and there were plenty of good quality towels. We used the mini fridge and it worked so well some veggies froze overnight. The TV and remote functioned well and we charged a few devices overnight. Dinner choices at nearby restaurants were okay within walking distance and a complete choice available within a 5 minute drive. Breakfast had a lot of choices including egg patties, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, waffles and cereals hot and cold. We had a very comfortable stay and would not hesitate to return in the future.
